Storage Guidelines
Our 'unlimited' packages include generous storage allowances designed to accommodate typical event usage:
- Memories Package: 15GB storage (photos only, no video uploads)
- Celebration Package: 100GB storage (photos and videos combined)
- Legacy Package: 200GB storage (photos and videos combined)
For reference: a typical photo is 3-8MB, a 30-second 1080p video is about 60MB, and 4K videos are approximately 150MB each. For reference: The 100GB Celebration Package typically covers a 200-guest wedding with thousands of photos and hours of video with room to spare.
These limits accommodate 99% of typical events. If your event requires additional storage, please contact us for custom enterprise solutions.
Personal Events Only
Our services are designed exclusively for personal celebrations such as weddings, quinceañeras, birthdays, anniversaries, and family gatherings. Commercial use is strictly prohibited, including professional photography distribution, stock photo hosting, or general file storage.
What 'Unlimited' Means
'Unlimited' refers to photos and videos captured during your specific event within our generous storage guidelines. It is not a general cloud storage or backup service for unrelated content. Our goal is to ensure you never have to count photos during your event. These guidelines are set at 10x the average event usage to provide true peace of mind.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities may result in account suspension:
- Uploading content unrelated to your specific event
- Excessive uploading beyond typical event needs
- Distributing content that infringes on others' rights
- Using the service as general file storage or backup
- Automated or scripted uploads
- Sharing account access for multiple unrelated events
- Commercial or professional photography distribution
- Uploading copyrighted content you don't own
Usage Monitoring
We monitor storage usage to ensure fair access for all users. You'll receive friendly notifications at 80% of your storage limit, giving you time to review your content or upgrade if needed. To protect the performance of your gallery, uploads will pause if the limit is reached, with instant options to expand your space.
Policy Enforcement
If usage patterns suggest misuse, we will contact you to discuss your needs. In rare cases of clear misuse, we may need to restrict uploads to maintain service quality for all events. We aim to resolve issues collaboratively whenever possible.
