Your photos, videos, and messages are always available in your gallery. You can download your entire gallery as a high-resolution .zip file at any time. All our packages include a "Download All" feature. For large galleries, we'll email you a secure link once the archive is prepare. You can also download individual photos/videos.

What happens to my gallery after the active period ends (e.g., 6 months)?

Your gallery remains active for the duration of your hosting period and is securely archived afterward. You can always extend your hosting or download your complete archive. We never delete your precious memories without providing multiple notifications.
