Refund Policy

Standard Refunds

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all new InvitePix package purchases. You are eligible for a full refund provided your request meets both of the following conditions:

  1. The request is made within 14 calendar days of your original purchase date.
  2. The event date for your gallery (as configured in your InvitePix dashboard) has not yet passed.

If both conditions are met, we will process a full refund to your original payment method. The refund window closes either 14 days after purchase or on the day of your event, whichever comes first.

When Refunds Are Not Provided

Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:

  • If the request is made more than 14 days after the purchase date.
  • If your scheduled event date has already passed, as the service has been fully rendered.
  • For any plan upgrades (e.g., upgrading from a "Memories" package to a "Celebration" package).
  • For any gallery time-extension purchases.

Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that unexpected situations can occur. Refund requests for exceptional circumstances, such as a complete event cancellation, will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our support team to discuss your situation.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at [email protected] with the subject line "Refund Request". Please include the email address you used to make the purchase and the transaction ID from your receipt.
