How Do You Make a QR Code Digital Guestbook?
Create a private event gallery, print its QR code, and place the code where guests can see it. Guests scan it and add photos from their phones.

Set up your digital guestbook
- Create your event gallery and choose its name.
- Download the event QR code.
- Add the code to a table card or sign.
- Scan the printed code with a second phone and test one upload.
Use a clear sign
Use this message: Scan to add your photos. No app or account needed.
- Print the code at least 1 inch wide.
- Leave white space around the code.
- Keep the card flat and well lit.
- Do not place the code behind glass that causes glare.
Plan for privacy
Only share the code with invited guests. After the event, turn off uploads or change access if you no longer want new photos added.
