Everything guests upload stays in your InvitePix gallery in original quality. When you are ready to save copies, open your gallery and download from there. You can grab one photo or video at a time, or download everything in one ZIP.

Every plan, including the free gallery, includes download. When the gallery is large, InvitePix prepares the ZIP in the background and sends you a secure link by email when it is ready. You can keep working in your gallery while it packs.

How to download

  1. 1Sign in and open your gallery.
  2. 2Use the download option for a single photo or video, or choose download all for a ZIP of everything.
  3. 3If the gallery is large, check your email for the link when the ZIP is ready.
  4. 4Save the files to your computer, external drive, or cloud storage.

Tips for you

  • Download a copy after the event while your gallery is still active.
  • On a public album, guest download is separate. You control whether guests can save copies from that link.
  • Keep the email link until you have saved the files somewhere safe.
