Public and private albums

Your InvitePix gallery is private by default. It does not show up in search engines, and only you see new uploads until you decide otherwise. On Celebration and Bundle, you can group photos into albums to stay organized.
Every album starts private, so only you see it in your gallery. When you make an album public, InvitePix creates a new share link you can send. Anyone with that link can view those photos. You can switch the album back to private any time.
What guests can do on a public album link
- View the photos you included in that album
- Like their favorite photos
- Leave you a message (you see likes and messages in your gallery)
- Download photos when the host turns guest download on for that public album
Tips for you
- Keep uploads private until you have reviewed them, then share a public album when you are ready
- Use a public album for a TV slideshow so unreviewed photos stay off the screen
- Turn guest download on from the album settings if you want guests to save copies
