Share your gallery and print the guest QR code

When you are ready for guests to send photos, open your InvitePix gallery and tap Guest QR. That screen is for guest uploads. It shows a QR code and a short link. Guests scan or tap, then upload in the browser. No app and no guest account.

This is not the same as a public gallery link for viewing. Guest QR is only for uploading into your gallery. Turn guest uploads on in your gallery settings before the event so photos can come in during the party.

Open Guest QR to show the code, copy the upload link, or print table cards.

What you can do from Guest QR

  • Show the QR on your phone for guests to scan nearby
  • Copy the short link to paste into a text, email, or WhatsApp group
  • Download or print the QR for signs and table cards

Tips for you

  • Print the QR large enough to scan from a few feet away. Put the short link under the code for guests who do not scan QR codes.
  • Use the free QR table card tool to lay out names, date, and a print-ready PDF. Paste your guest upload link from Guest QR.
  • Turn uploads on before guests arrive. Mention the QR at the mic so people know where to send photos.
