How Long Is the Upload Window?

Updated October 9, 2026

You can start uploading to your InvitePix gallery immediately after purchase. No complicated windows, restrictive time-gates, or confusing calendars to figure out. The gallery you’ve already paid for is ready when you are.

Your total upload window depends on your chosen package:

Memories

Begin uploading from the day of purchase until 6 months after your event date.

Celebration

Begin uploading from the day of purchase until 12 months after your event date.

Bundle

Begin uploading from the day of purchase until 18 months after your event date.

Purchase with confidence and start uploading right away. We believe you have much better things to focus on than trying to figure out when you're "allowed" to use the gallery you bought.
