My guests can't upload photos; A troublehshooting guide

There may be times when a guest is having difficulty uploading photos or videos to your gallery. The more common issues are:

Weak Wi-Fi or cellular connection

Modern phones can take very high resolution photos and videos which turn into very large files. If the guest's internet connection is poor these files may take a very long time to upload.

Gallery upload page

InvitePix is a web-based platform used via web browsers. Guests should keep their device's browser window open and active while the uploads are being processed or they risk not arriving in your gallery.

Web browsers

Guests should be sure to use a modern web browser for accessing your upload page, like Safari, Chrome, Firefox, Brave, etc.

But don't worry, if your guests cannot upload their photos and videos in the moment, they can always upload in the following days and weeks after your event! And sometimes guests prefer to review and/or edit their photos before sharing.
